| ......BIAM's net-shaping investment casting technology makes the near size shaping of components possible with super dimension precision and position precision. The surface coarseness reaches Ra1.6m, which saves mechanical process costs greatly. The complicated large scale thin wall metal component that is hard to make by other method can be manufactured by investment casting. BIAM's advanced directional solidification casting and single crystal casting technology are used in producing better temperature resistance components with a longer service life under high temperature such as in aviation engine, aerospace engine, gas turbine blades, etc. The directionally solidified and single crystal superalloy casting exceed normal superalloy castings with a 25 ~ 50oC higher work temperature and a 2.5 ~ 5 times longer service life. | |||
